Awesome experience

Excellent hotel with excellent location located nearby Capital City Gangtok. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ashish ,he made our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops and tourist places . Would definitely recommend this hotel to my other friends and family ! Room was clean and all staff is friendly. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Overrall a Good Stay with few improvements.
I would have given 4 stars, but would like to cut down one because a Deluxe Room was a very basic room. However, I did not regret my booking because the hotel staff and the manager are very good, supportive, helping and the food taste is also very good. Also, the room view is good and spacious from the city. Suggestions: - Lack of Working Water Heater (although they did provide me buckets of Hot Water) - TV was available but DTH not working. - A Deluxe room must have 2 sofas to seat, one Tea table as these are basic in every hotel.

A terrible experience
Avoid this hotel like the Corona Virus and the plague. I have travelled in many parts of the country and the world but have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. Staying at this hotel was a nightmare . I will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome hotel with great view from room
We had an amazing stay in the hotel Aurora Gangtok. We had booked an executive room with a view of the valley. It was awesome in the nighttime and also during the morning time. The room was fresh and cleaned when we entered. All the staff are really co-operative. The receptionist Ms. Varsa was very courteous and humble and great at talking. She was really friendly and sweet with my little boy too. The room was superb, clean, spacious. The room service and the restaurant guys were very prompt in their service too. Very enjoyable stay

An awesome family trip to Sikim
A superb experience in hotel aurora Gantok. Room view is awesome and every staff is really co-operative. Starting with the owner Sawan, in reception Barsha and manager Kamal all help in every aspect on the trip. Room is superb, clean, spacious. You can feel the freshness when you enter the room. Food quality is very good. You can connect directly to Sawan to arrange end to end trip, I think it will be cheap than any travel agent. Lastly want to mention explicitly ,you will get efficient room service throughout your stay. I ask multiple time hot and normal water, got it within 2 minute. Room cleaned every morning. Would like to prefer the same hotel in my next visit.
