Reservation Policy

Check-In time is 01.00 p.m. and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m.
Bookings will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

Child Policy

Infants and Children below 5 years without an extra bed will be complimentary.
Children between 5 to 12 years without an extra bed will be charged (As per CNB charges) mentioned.
Children above 12 years will be counted as an extra person & will be charged (As per CWB charges) mentioned.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 20 or more days before check-in date will be free.
Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance but less than 20 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
No shows and cancellations made 0 to 10 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
Cancellation due to train or flight delay/ flight cancellation/ missed or due to any personal, health or family issues, 100% amount would be charged.
