Reservation Policy
Booking Process:
- Reservations can be made through our official website, phone, or email.
- A valid credit/debit card is required to secure the reservation.
- Full payment may be required in advance for certain promotional rates or during peak seasons.
Confirmation:
- A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
- Please review the details carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
Cancellation and Modification:
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy:
- Room occupancy is based on the maximum number of guests allowed per room type.
- Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and may incur extra charges.
Identification:
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
- For international guests, a valid passport and visa are required.
Pets Policy:
- Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.
Smoking Policy:
Aurora Gangtok Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
Damage and Liability:
- Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the hotel property caused during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any such damages.
