Booking Process:

Reservations can be made through our official website, phone, or email.
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure the reservation.
Full payment may be required in advance for certain promotional rates or during peak seasons.

Confirmation:

A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
Please review the details carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.

Cancellation and Modification:

Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid charges.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy:

Room occupancy is based on the maximum number of guests allowed per room type.
Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and may incur extra charges.

Identification:

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
For international guests, a valid passport and visa are required.

Pets Policy:

Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.
